Basic Manners: Practical dog training for real-life situations

WHY: Your dog is pulling on lead, jumping up, ignoring your call, begging at the table, or any host of other "normal" and very common behaviours. We know this sort of thing can be annoying, embarrassing or even dangerous . It doesn't have to be this way!

WHAT: 5 week dog training course, plus a 1:1 personal consultation with head trainer, Bex Tasker

WHERE: Katikati and Omokoroa

WHO: To attend, your dog needs to be fully vaccinated and people/dog friendly. Best for dogs 5 months and over (this is a great follow on class after you complete puppy school), but it’s perfect for older dogs too! Yep, we CAN teach old dogs new tricks, I promise.

HOW MUCH: You will have a more cooperative dog and a more harmonious household for just $290

These classes are family-friendly. An adult needs to be the primary dog handler/trainer but I encourage the whole family to be part of the learning.

walk peacefully together when out and about
stay connected off-leash
confidently handle meetings with strangers and other dogs
enjoy a relaxed relationship at home
welcome visitors to your home in a calm and polite manner

These classes are guaranteed to be supportive, kind and fun for dogs AND humans. This is a safe space for you to get practical help for a more peaceful and joyful life with your dog.

Bex is a certified dog trainer (KPA-CTP). Since 2016 we have been helping local dog owners like you to build useful skills and solve behaviour problems using positive, force-free training methods. No fear, no force, just fun (and great results!).

Fun, kind, effective, and family friendly dog training

Once you've completed Basic Manners you will be invited to join our other fun classes and workshops to extend your learning - these include Brain Games, tricks and more.
