In addition, please note:

Any aggressive tendencies of any kind (dog-human, dog-dog or predatory) must be disclosed prior to the initial visit - request a phone call if you'd like to discuss
For home visits, dog/s must be restrained (in a separate area or room or in a crate) when the trainer first arrives, until the trainer directs you otherwise
Frequency and dates/times of sessions are agreed upon verbally on a week by week or day by day basis, between you and the trainer. These can be altered by mutual agreement, within a reasonable timeframe. Cancellations or postponements must have at least 6 hours notice for a transfer/credit to apply. Invoices are to be paid one week in advance unless otherwise agreed.
