About Positively Together

Positively Together is a small business with a wide global footprint. Since 2016 we have been educating, inspiring, up-skilling and enabling thousands of humans to improve their relationships and enrich animal's lives, solve problem behaviours and find more peace, joy and inspiration with their animals.   Based in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, Bex teaches internationally so your location doesn't matter.

HORSES: We bring a fresh, modern and science-based approach to horse training.  No force, no fear, just practical, gentle solutions to solve problems and achieve your goals. Bex travels around New Zealand and internationally, teaching in-person clinics.  In addition, our online learning community, Positively Us, has been going strong since late 2019 and has members from the USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Wherever you are in the world, join our friendly community and discover new ways of connecting with your equine bestie.

DOGS:  We offer small group classes and private consults for dogs in Bay of Plenty, NZ.  Bex also does virtual lessons for those outside of our local area.

YOUTH CLASSES: Our popular youth programme runs every month at our home base in the Bay of Plenty, giving kids and teens a safe place to make friends, enjoy the outdoors and spend time with horses, dogs, sheep, chickens, rabbits.  We teach training skills and life skills alongside each other - compassion, consent, confidence, initiative, creativity, problem solving and resilience are just some of the principles and traits that make a good animal trainer, and a good human being. Lifelong friendships are created within this programme, and it's a lifeline for many during that turbulent pre-teen and teen period of life.

SHOWS & EVENTS: We travel around the Bay of Plenty and wider areas with our trick trained sheep, chickens and dog.  Education and entertainment, the "Animal Magic" show wows the crowds!
